| Mark your calendars and plan to join us on Saturday January 15th when the HOPEworldwide Raleigh-Durham and Triangle Chapters partner with the American Red Cross, our friends and volunteers from our community reach out to 10,000 people to educate them about fire prevention. |

Rally – Duke Knightdale Medical Plaza Parking Lot – 162 Legacy Oaks Drive, Knightdale NC (intersection of I-540 – Hwy 64)
Canvassing - Metro Raleigh – high-risk for fire communities

Saturday, Jan 15th 8:00am – 1:00pm.
(if impossible weather, rain date will be Monday, Jan 17th)
Rally – 8:00 AM – Inspiring speakers, Training, Refreshments & T-shirts for the first 300 volunteers
Canvass in groups - 9:00am-1pm.

Compelling Facts:
- Home fires are the single most common disaster across the nation. Fires kill more Americans each year than all natural disasters combined. Less than 26% of families have a life saving fire safety plan.

- If you’d like to volunteer: contact Amy Perkins (perks5@bellsouth.net) or Jeff Dellinger (dellingergang@earthlink.net) our volunteer coordinators or come to the Rally and sign up on site.
- Talk to your family and friends and invite them to join you – this is a great way to reach out and serve our communities.
